This web page is used to connect the public EMQX broker
javascipt connects to the broker and subscribe to the voltage topic
The broker is fed from an esp8266 (D1 mini) that connects to a modbus device providing the voltage reading (32 bits floating point)
and instant power both collected by an ESP32-S3, the voltage is picked up from a local mqtt broker, while the instant power is acquired fro a KNX power meter by the S3
The voltage and power received are then dynamically displayed in the page field
The values are dynamically stored in js variables and plotted usng chart.js library
